Terms of Service

The service

Loupe provides revenue intelligence: you upload exports of your business records (leads, calls, quotes, jobs, invoices), we compute metrics and dollar-estimated findings, and deliver dashboards, reports, and advisory reviews. Subscriptions are month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to upload the data you upload, and that sharing it with us complies with your agreements with the platforms it comes from. You keep your login credentials confidential. One workspace per business unless otherwise agreed.

Estimates are estimates

Findings marked with “~” are modeled estimates computed from your records and industry benchmarks — presented with the calculation visible. They are decision support, not guarantees of recoverable revenue, and not financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures marked “measured” are computed from actual booked records after a change shipped.

Data

Your business data remains yours. We hold only the files you upload — no credentials to your systems, and nothing that can write to them — use your data solely to provide the service, and delete it on account deletion per the Privacy Policy. See Securityfor how uploads are protected. We do not pool your data with other clients' to build benchmarks or peer comparisons. If we ever intend to, we will ask you first — it will take an updated agreement and your consent, not a clause you already signed.

Fees

Audit fees are one-time and credit 100% toward your first retainer month when you continue within 60 days. Subscription fees bill monthly in advance. Prices change only with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grovistra is organized. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration.
