Loupe provides revenue intelligence: we connect to business systems you authorize, compute metrics and dollar-estimated findings, and deliver dashboards, reports, and advisory reviews. Subscriptions are month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid period.
You confirm you are authorized to connect the systems you connect, and that your use of the service complies with your agreements with those platforms. You keep your login credentials confidential. One workspace per business unless otherwise agreed.
Findings marked with “~” are modeled estimates computed from your records and industry benchmarks — presented with the calculation visible. They are decision support, not guarantees of recoverable revenue, and not financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures marked “measured” are computed from actual booked records after a change shipped.
Your business data remains yours. We access connected systems read-only, use your data solely to provide the service, and delete it on cancellation per the Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized benchmarks (cohorts of 10+ businesses) may be retained.
Audit fees are one-time and credit 100% toward an Intelligence Build or the first subscription month when you continue within 60 days. Subscription fees bill monthly in advance. Prices change only with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in New Jersey.
